I tend to build software when I encounter a problem more than once. That has led to everything from tools for tracking how I spend my time to apps that help my friends and I organize game nights. I enjoy finding ways to simplify complex problems, designing reusable components and building systems that are easy to maintain and extend.
Designed and built a shared .NET backend for university RPA workflows, deployed in Docker on Azure with CI/CD and automated testing. Added centralized configuration, structured logging, secure credential APIs and a WPF administration tool. Built a component-based UiPath framework with independently versioned components, reducing shared framework upgrades from hours per robot to minutes.
Building a reusable SaaS foundation and development environment for AI coding agents. Designing isolated workspaces where agents can run their own servers, databases and integrations without interfering with other agents or production. Developing automated validation workflows using tests, type checking and static analysis, with the goal of enabling agents to develop and verify changes independently.
Took ownership of localization for a regulated medical application across 30+ languages, starting without an established process or handover. Mapped out the workflow, coordinated stakeholders and built tools for customer review, feedback handling and progress tracking. Replaced a manual Excel-based transformation process with a C# console application that transformed exported database tables between legacy and new ERP systems. Reduced company-wide migration downtime by processing the full export in 10 minutes instead of hours.
Built an Excel macro that reads product manifests and assembles descriptions, technical specifications and pricing from structured Word documents into a final sales quote. Defined standardized Word templates for deterministic parsing, replacing manual copy-paste with a single-click process.
Orchestrated 1,200+ PowerShell benchmark jobs on Aalborg University's HPC cluster with controlled environments and execution monitoring; built C# utilities to aggregate, analyze and statistically average repeated-run logs. Co-authored and presented the paper at SPIN 2023 in Paris.
You'll usually find me on the dance floor or hanging from a pull-up bar. In 2022 I traded 13 years of self-defence for salsa and bachata and fell in love with it, so in 2024 I attended 14 dance festivals dancing with people from all over Europe.
To stay fit, I practice calisthenics. What I love about it is that it's not just about building strength, but also flexibility and control. I'm quite competitive, so I also attend obstacle course racing, where I now compete at elite level.
